Sports & Performance

Dog sports, for fun or for titles

After home obedience, keep training with a sport you and your dog both enjoy. It keeps your dog’s skills sharp, and it’s fun.

Choose a sport

Agility, tricks and rally run most often, but we offer much more. Each page explains who the class is for and what you need first.

Before you start

Built on good manners

We use the same positive approach in our sports classes as in all our classes. So class time goes to the sport, not basic obedience:

  • Beginning Agility needs at least Advanced Home Obedience with us, or equivalent training with the instructor’s OK.
  • Off-leash control is needed to move up to Intermediate and Advanced Agility.
  • Our agility area is full-size, lighted, heated and indoors, with professionally made equipment that’s inspected regularly.
