Family Dog Training Center can send you text messages about your classes and private lessons. These terms explain what we send, how often, and how to stop.

The program
Family Dog Training Center class and lesson reminders. Texts come from our office number, (253) 854-9663, and start with “Family Dog.”
What we send
- Reminders before your class starts.
- Confirmations when a private lesson is booked, and a reminder the day before.
We don’t send marketing or promotional texts.
How you sign up
You choose to receive texts by checking the “OK to text” box in your account, or the text message box on a questionnaire, and giving us your cell phone number. Saying yes to texts is never required to sign up for a class or buy anything.
How often
Message frequency varies with your classes and lessons, usually 1 to 4 messages per class or lesson. We don’t send texts between 9 pm and 8 am Pacific time; anything due then waits until the morning.
Cost
We don’t charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any of our texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and then no more texts. You can also uncheck “OK to text” in your account or call the office. To start again, reply START.
Stopping texts doesn’t cancel any class or lesson. You’ll still get confirmations and reminders by email.
Help
Reply HELP to any text, call (253) 854-9663, or send us a message. If you reply to a text with anything else, it goes to our office and we’ll get back to you during office hours.
Carriers
Supported carriers include the major US carriers. Mobile carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We don’t share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing or promotional purposes. Texts are sent for us by Twilio. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
